How long does it take to receive my custom plan?
It takes around 1-3 business days to receive a custom plan to ensure everything is perfected to your goals/desires!
How do I receive my program?
After purchase, you will receive an email with a link to download your program!
How is it customized?
If you chose a custom meal or workout program, you will receive an email with a link to a questionnaire that will help me to ensure your plan is fully customized to you!

Where do I see my meals and workouts?
My online clients use the app "trainerize fitness app" which has everything to keep you on track. You will login daily to keep track of your meals and workouts.
Will there be video demonstration?
Yes! My online clients will have video demonstration of all workouts to ensure their safety.
What if I have questions?
My online clients have direct access to me through the trainerize app however, I am also available through social media.
